Japan is an island country in East Asia, located in the northwest Pacific Ocean. It is a beautiful and timeless country with a rich culture, traditions, and history. A perfect destination also for travellers that love nature and looking for the picture perfect landscape.
Things to know before travelling to Japan
Unfortunately you will have to be in a restaurant with a menu with no English translation. So it’s a good idea to learn some words or having Google Translate at hand.
Although your hotel and some big department stores take cards most of the time restaurants and shop do not. So be sure to always have cash with you!
A great way to get around is by Rail. It’s a good idea to get a Rail Pass to save you time and money.
